This is my Amazing Greek evil eye inspired tattoo. I’m Greek and i have always wanted my first tattoo to do something with the Greek evil eye which are the inner most circles in my tattoo and all the details around that i just wanted to add to show some personality. I got the money for this tattoo actually from my mom for my 18th birthday present! you can say my moms pretty cool. It took around 2 hours with the shading and cost 300. I got it done at Jinx Proof Tattoo in Washington DC. The artist is Eric Doyle….i recommend him!! and i will be returning back to him for tattoos in the future :) i have had it since September and its healed great too.

Adrenaline is a naturally occurring hormone in the body. During an adrenaline rush, the hormone, which is also known as epinephrine, is released in response to situations which may be exciting, dangerous or threatening. 

This is my adrenaline tattoo, while the chemical structure. I got this tattoo because, I love science (i’m studying medical physics in university), and I love adrenaline rushes. I love buying things on impulse, roller coasters and cliff diving. This tattoo is here to remind me, that something may look scary as hell, but I have to remember that you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Especially because when I was younger I was shy and introverted (still am), but because of that, I missed so many opportunities to live. So now, when i’m faced with an ultimatum, I look down at my feet and remember to live.

I also got this tattoo on a total impulse. I knew I wanted it for a bit, but one day I was just out with my friends and I said “I’m going to get a tattoo day”. And that my friends is an adrenaline rush.

And for those science nerds like me, your right, that “(R)” didn’t need to get there. It’s there because during a chemical reaction, another structure can be added and formed there, during adrenaline into something else. But I choose to keep that in the tattoo. Why? Because it represents that even adrenaline can change into something different. If your not happy with something in your life, you have the power to change anything and be happy, no matter what it is. You always have the opportunity to do anything you want.
